  • 16 comfortable, secure studio apartments with kitchenettes and private bathrooms 
  • Amenities that maximize independence 
  • Accessible community areas, including activity/entertainment rooms and a living room with a fireplace 
  • A family-style kitchen dining area that encourages meal choices 
  • A landscaped courtyard and patio 
  • Beloved “family pets,” including beautiful birds 
  • Weekly pet therapy visits from certified pet therapy dogs 
  • Priority access to medical care at CentraState Healthcare System 

The Heritage Corner Team—Experts in Memory Care

Our skilled staff offers a warm, compassionate approach and are sensitive to the unique needs of our residents, caring for them as they would their own families.

Our team includes:

  • A resident services coordinator (an LPN) 
  • A full-time certified medication aide and 24/7 nursing staff for care plan development, basic health care needs, ongoing assessments and medication administration 
  • A full-time certified activities professional dedicated solely to Heritage Corner who assists with activities of daily living and plans daily programs designed to stimulate the mind and celebrate individuality

Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living finds the right balance between independence and support for residents showing signs of mild cognitive impairment or memory issues. Whether it’s misplacing the keys, forgetting to take meds or remembering to eat dinner, our team will put measures in place to help keep residents on track. From a medical administration program to simple reminders, we provide residents with extra support by making subtle changes to help them stay independent and function at their optimal best.

We also offer programs like creative writing, painting, exercise and yoga classes, history and current event discussions, musical entertainment and more to keep residents mentally sharp, engaged and part of the community.
