From the moment you enter our hotel-like reception area, you’ll know you’ve found a unique, welcoming community. Monmouth Crossing Assisted Living offers all the comforts and privacy of home, minus the responsibilities. It’s situated on seven acres in historic Freehold Township, New Jersey, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore, shopping, entertainment, and recreation.
Our residents enjoy abundant on-site amenities, professionally prepared meals, and life-enriching social, educational, spiritual, and wellness programs. Serene outdoor patio areas and gardens beckon conversation, and ample parking is available for residents and visitors. We even offer an on-site beauty salon and barber shop.
Access to quality health care.
Because Monmouth Crossing is part of CentraState Healthcare System, residents have priority access to health care and wellness services. In fact, we’re conveniently located across the street from CentraState Medical Center and The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center. Geriatricians on staff at the medical center visit residents regularly, and nursing staff are available on site 24/7.
Special accommodations.
In addition to beautiful assisted living accommodations that maximize independence, our Heritage Corner neighborhood offers special attention for those with memory disorders or related needs. We welcome respite stays so that family caregivers can take advantage of some valuable time off, and post-rehabilitation stays for those who have undergone surgery or a hospital stay and need additional care before returning home. We also have trial stays of up to one month for those considering residency at Monmouth Crossing.
Family involvement.
Just as Monmouth Crossing offers a robust array of engaging activities and wellness opportunities for our residents, we encourage family involvement in activities ranging from comedy hours and other special events to Grandparents Day celebrations and family-style meals. Family can visit at any time of the day or night, and sleepover options in a loved one’s apartment are available.

From our nurses, nursing assistants, and certified medication aides to our housekeeping, dining, activities, and maintenance staff, our team members have many years of experience at Monmouth Crossing. Our low turnover rate means that staff members develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and can easily identify and meet their needs.
