Affordable options for senior living

Residents pay monthly for their apartment and care. Monmouth Crossing participates with most long-term care insurance policies, and veterans’ benefits can be applied for by the family and, if appropriate, supplemented toward monthly rental fees.

Monmouth Crossing also voluntarily participates in the Medicaid Waiver Program, now known as NJ Family Care Managed Long-Term Care Services and Supports (MLTSS). We can offer a MLTSS Option to a resident after completing 24 months as a private paying resident, provided they are in the level of care that assisted living can safely deliver at the time of application. Medicaid/MLTSS is not offered at the time of admission.
